Please hurry up and pass this bill. I am currently attending school in New York City on Vocational Rehabilitation, and the current living stipend is simply inadequate. While I appreciate my full tuition being paid, it is extremely difficult to be a wounded and disabled combat veteran and full time student while still working basically full time and earning enough to pay rent and eat.

I would have to agree with this bill. The allotted amount would further enhance my successful completion through the Vocational Rehabilitation program. It’s been difficult living check to check. I have had to drop out of the vocational Rehabilitation program twice now. I appreciate all you are doing.
