3/5/2009--Introduced.Commercial Fishermen Safety Act of 2009 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow commercial fishermen a business-related tax credit for up to 75% of the cost of certain fishing safety equipment. Limits the annual amount of such credit to $1,500.
