    There are more then doctors who suffer from the well outdated J-1 restriction. This is the only limitation that goes on the same side as drug dealing , prostitution and other bad stuff from status adjustment prospective (form I485). It is both unfair to have a preferential treatment to doctors compared to other professionals and have doctors go through a slave job to get their status.
