Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(1) by striking ‘the date of the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008’ and inserting ‘September 11, 2001’; andCommentsClose CommentsPermalink
