    I can’t wait to read this bill. I hope there’s a lot of focus on affordable public higher education. And by that I mean FREE. Make it free.

    “You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink”…….That saying has been around longer than any living person and yet the congress at 200+ years old can’t rationalize the reality of the saying!

    Why do we need a separate program? Why can’t local schools do this if they want and need it? What about the United way and boys and girls clubs, and scouting, and the Y? This also seems like another mandate on the states.
