Also, our nation and our laws were based on the Bible. Y'all are the ones trying to force your views on us by trying to eliminate our Christian heritage esp. the ACLU
It sets the government up to judge thoughts as well as actions, a realm in which the government has no jurisdiction
So how does that violate your bible
We already have motives figured into our current laws... nothing new here

Then we need to repeal those laws. Just because something is legal doesn't make it right. Government SHOULD NOT JUDGE MOTIVES

To those of you that don't understand why the LGBT community have pushed so hard for this bill all you need to do is look over the comments here and on every far right conservative christian website to understand the need for these laws. These wacko's hide behind taken out of context Bible verses to justify their own personal brand of hate and every member of my community has to be ever vidulent to the threat of these self rightous nut jobs whom take it upon themselves to be judge, jury, and executioner of gay Americans. The destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah was not just a natrual disaster, it was judgement for their sin (BTW, God can use 'natrual disasters' to judge a people) not every natrual disaster is punishment for sin, but the Bible says that the Destruction of Sodom was ( by the way, it was a supernatrual disaster, when's the last time you heard of fire falling from the sky and burning down cities natrually?
