our USA economy is broken, floundering, we have not $$ or resources to help other that are worse or better, fix the USA with z zaero based balanced budget, no TAXES!
This wouldn’t be to kiss a— and send money to Kenya would it?
Transational charity is no longer an option when the United States has such a massive deficit. Whether Africa needs help is not at question. United States and its presidents needs to stray from this propaghanda/ rhetoric " leader of the free world". When we are fiscally in the black, thats when we should consider ourselves world philanthropists rather than currently world police.
