Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
This Act may be cited as the ‘Abortion Non-Discrimination Act of 2009’.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
Section 245 of the Public Health Service Act (
(1) in the section heading by striking ‘and licensing of physicians’ and inserting ‘, licensing, and practice of physicians and other health care entities’;CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(2) in subsection (a)(1), by striking ‘to perform such abortions’ and inserting ‘to perform, provide coverage of, or pay for induced abortions’; andCommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(3) in subsection (c)--CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(A) in paragraph (1), by striking ‘includes’ and inserting ‘means’; andCommentsClose CommentsPermalink
