3/18/2009--Introduced.Expresses the sense of the Senate that:
(1) the United States and the People's Republic of China (PRC) should work to reduce or eliminate tariff and nontariff barriers to trade in clean energy and environmental goods and services and, through the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and the World Trade Organization (WTO), reach a multilateral agreement to reduce or eliminate such barriers; and
(2) reduction or elimination of such barriers will allow the United States, China, and other countries to deploy clean energy technologies to meet global environmental challenges.
