I’m just not sure I see the point of this bill
I don’t see how this is constitutional or why the President would even consider signing it. More wasting time by the GOP while people are hurting.
‘(a) No determination, finding, action, or omission under this chapter shall be subject to judicial review.
This is my favorite part by far. They know it’s unconstitutional.
What this bill does is make sure regulatory agencies such as the EPA, FCC, FDA, BATF, et al. get permission from Congress to implement any major changes in regulation. In other words providing a little Congressional oversight.
