The very name of this bill is deceptive. It is anything but fair. we need something really fair like a flat tax or the fair tax. Either is better than what we have. Talk about unfair, how about a bill to stop the IRS from giving refunds ... -

Just because someone has more money than most does not mean they should be taxed at a higher rate. Everyone should be treated equally, that is fairness right? Do not penalize someone because the earned a lot of money. Personally I make almost nothing, yet I still think that the rich should be able to keep more mone...
