$12 billion is not enough. I have read through this bill and I like seeing $0 in places, but there are still billions that need to be cut from this bill, especially the drug interdiction garbage. We are already spending way too much money on the failed war on drugs.
They cut $38 billion and passed this turd of a bill? I can easily cut another $2 billion plus without any trouble. Bunch of freaking morons in congress. I know my representative is getting a letter.
It’s the equivalent of being 5 grand over budget every month, and you cut out .25 cents, so now your still spending 4999.75 over budget every month. The budget needs to be trimmed by the trillions, not billions. Who do these politicians think they’re fooling?
Are you a supporter of cutting defense spending?
