I am writing as your constituent in the 4th Congressional district of Ohio. I oppose H.R.1540 and its Senate counterpart S. 1867 - National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012.
Furthermore, I find the language of both bills to be atrocious, treasonous, and wholly unconstitutional. Specifically, Sec. 1031 Sub Sec. (C) Line (1) wherein the government is authorized to detain terrorist suspects "without trial until the end of the 'hostilities'..."
