Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

(a) In General- Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new headings:CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

‘ 9902.07.01 Nightlights of plastic base material (provided for in subheading 9405.40.80) Free No change No change On or before 12/31/2013 ’. CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

(b) Effective Date- The amendment made by subsection (a) applies to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

(c) Retroactive Application- Notwithstanding section 514 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (

(1) that was made on or after January 1, 2011, and before the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act, andCommentsClose CommentsPermalink

(2) with respect to which there would have been no duty if the amendment made by subsection (a) applied to such entry or withdrawal,CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

shall be liquidated or reliquidated as if such amendment applied to such entry or withdrawal.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
