This bill takes away accountability on FOR PROFIT COLLEGES . We just had a for profit online school close in Alameda County because of not following regulations of California and the state closed it down. The students also found out AFTER THE FACT WHEN IT WAS CLOSED THAT NONE OF THEIR UNITS WERE TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER COLLEGE AND THE COLLEGE WASN'T REALLY ACREDITED.
