Official Summary

6/21/2011--Introduced.Directs the President to withdraw U.S. Armed Forces from operations in Libya within 30 days after enactment of this Act. Prohibits using funds available to the Department of Defense (DOD) to conduct further operations in Libya, except for continuing such withdrawal.
