    It seems this bill has just been passed around between commitees because nobody wants to touch it. It would be nice to know what special interests oppose this bill too.

    More than likely, the pharmaceutical and alcoholic beverage groups. Big pharma has a lot to lose as far as people not needing so many of their toxic products, and alcohol doesn’t want the competition.
