6/24/2011--Introduced.Accountability in Contract Execution Act - Directs the Secretary of Veterans Affairs (VA) to:(1) conduct a cost-benefit analysis and notify Congress of each contract awarded by the Secretary valued over $100 million, including sole-source, undefinitized, split, or indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contracts; and
(2) submit such analysis to Congress upon request. Requires such an analysis to address:
(1) economic and technical feasibility,
(2) cost effectiveness,
(3) adherence to best industry practices, and
(4) written certification that the Secretary considered all alternatives in a fair, competitive, and ethical environment during the contracting process.
