I am writing as your constituent in the 3rd Congressional district of Washington. I oppose H.R.2541 - Silviculture Regulatory Consistency Act, and am tracking it using OpenCongress.org, the free public resource website for government transparency and accountability.

One of Washington's most precious resources is our clean water, which must be protected at all costs. The 9th Circuit Court rightfully closed a critical loophole in the Clean Water Act, which you seem to wish to re-open.
