1/12/2011--Introduced.Amends the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to reduce from $2,000 to $1,000 the maximum amount of contributions that any person may make to any candidate with respect to election for federal office. Requires adjustment to such amount (indexing) for inflation after 2014.
