1/12/2011--Introduced.Secure the Capitol Act - Prohibits an office of the legislative branch from entering into a contract for goods or services within the Capitol Complex with any contractor employing individuals unless the contractor:(1) elects to participate in the E-Verify Program;
(2) is in compliance with the terms and conditions of such election; and
(3) certifies that each of its subcontractors providing goods or services has elected to participate in, and is in compliance with, such election with respect to all of its employees as well as those providing goods or services under the subcontract.
