War Memorial Protection Act - Permits religious symbols recognizing the religious background of members of the Armed Forces to be included as part of:(1) a military memorial that is established or acquired by the federal government; or
(2) a military memorial not established by the government, but for which the American Battle Monuments Commission cooperated in establishing.

It is very interesting to see that some Representatives think that they need to enact legislation to counter a judge's ruling. It seems that the three branches of government dont' matter as long as someone doesn't like them.
