1/18/2011--Introduced.Requires any amounts remaining of House Members' Representational Allowances after all payments are made for the year to be deposited in the Treasury and used for deficit reduction or, in fiscal years for which there is no federal budget deficit, to reduce the federal debt. Requires publication in the Congressional Record, after each session of Congress or other period for which the Members' Representational Allowance is made available, of a statement showing, for such session or period, the amount deposited for each such Member and the total deposited for all Members.
