Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

This Act may be cited as the ‘Preserve Land Freedom For Americans Act of 2011’.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

The Act of June 8, 1906 (

(1) in section 2 (

‘SEC. 2. DESIGNATION OF NATIONAL MONUMENTS.
‘After obtaining approval from the Governor and the legislature of each State within the boundaries of which the proposed national monument would be located, the’; andCommentsClose CommentsPermalink

‘SEC. 5. RESTRICTIONS ON PUBLIC USE.
‘The Secretary of the Interior shall not implement any restrictions on the public use of a national monument until the expiration of an appropriate review period (as determined by the Secretary of the Interior) providing for public input and State approval under section 2.’.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
