I am writing as your constituent in the 6th Congressional district of Pennsylvania.
I heard some very upsetting news (reported on Bloomberg) that Bank of America is transferring 'failed' derivitives from a non-FDIC insured holding company (Merrill-Lynch) to a FDIC insured holding company (Bank of America) so that the TAXPAYERS through the FDIC will be responsible to back these 'worthless' investments that the public had no voice in creation or quality.
