There goes another one~ Just like the other ones~ :D

Also, something that just occurred to me. The supreme court will probably just strike these down as unconstitutional anyways unless they’re amended A LOT.

The Justices are all in a job until retirement or death and all live in mansions. Trying to bribe them is like spitting in the ocean so the MPAA will have to rely on justification… which they don’t have.

Without the mountain of dollar signs infront of their eyes they’ll be able to tell just how full of shit SOPA and PIPA are.

“For the purpose of regulating interstate and foreign commerce in communication by wire so as to make available, so far as possible, to all the people of the United States, without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, or sex, a rapid, efficient, Nation-wide, and world-wide wire communication service with adequate facilities at reasonable charges, for the purpose of the national defense, for the purpose of promoting safety of life and property through the use of wire communications, and for the purpose of securing a more effective execution of this policy by centralizing authority heretofore granted by law to several agencies and by granting additional authority with respect to interstate and foreign commerce in wire communication, there is created a commission to be known as the “Federal Communications Commission”, which shall be constituted as hereinafter provided, and which shall execute and enforce the provisions of this chapter.

I believe unregulated internet wire communications have been illegal since begun. There is no option besides enforcing laws already passed.

SOPA makes absolutely no difference after existing but ignored laws are required to be followed. I wrote wire communication software BEFORE Google existed. Ten years ago it was archived.
http://web.archive.org/web/200102010838/http://curtisres.com/

I am severely brain damaged but can write and deploy a Google Inc search interface today. I suspect most “programers” can too. My reservation software, see archived above, was so much above search engines in complexity.

Unregulated internet wire communications have been illegal since begun. No option remains besides enforcing laws already passed.

Graphics Artists Guild becomes a conspirator of GOOG in another fraud like the one disguised as a class-action where Graphics Artists Guild “sued” Google Inc and hope to conspire with Google Books to create an alternative to the unconstitutional US copy[rite]. They all say it is settled although it is NOT. I opposed the unfair and dishonest conspiracy in NY as did the DOJ and thousands of others.
IT IS NOT OVER IN NEW YORK!

Not paying attention to BACKWARDS US copy[rite] law whatsoever are you GamerLen? That is OK. Apparently nobody here or in the copy[rite] BACKWARDS USA is either. That will change very soon.
VERY SOON!

This whole thing reminds my way too much of why some say we need more laws to restrict legal gun ownership to prevent crimes by criminals that already cant legally own a gun in the first place.

The same old song they sing about how we need more laws to restrict law abiding peoples rights so they can stop the criminals from doing things that are already illegal by existing laws…

So you are saying you do not have to subscribe (pay) for the internet in America?

Are not children ALWAYS supposed to monitored by an adult?

“A corporation can’t have an individual right!”

Then how can they buy elections, and put so much money behind this bill???

Merry Christmas

Oh yeah. I laughed myself silly when I saw that. CBS is basically the modern day Dr. Frankenstein in that they created their own worst enemy. :P

I don’t buy the conspiracy theory either, unless CEOs get psychic powers as part of their promotion package and can see the future, but it is funny.

While I’m not too sure about the conspiracy angle I found it surprising that most of the top supporters of SOPA were ten years ago distributing the software that people used to download copyrighted material.

@gamerLEN
“You do realize nobody is paying attention to you anymore right?”

Did they EVER pay attention? Online and offline pornography will soon require authenticated adult viewership and that viewership dates/times be stored local to the computer used to display adult art.

Did you catch the online and offline part of the above? It is already technically trivial and has been trivial for twenty years or more.

Michael Henri Page Esq misled the Western District of Arkansas Magistrate Judge Honorable Erin L Setser and described the Google Inc search engine as, “For one thing, search is completely automated. It goes out, it crawls the web, it sees what’s there, and it reports it back. The machine has no way of knowing whether a picture is nude…”, as is totally incorrect and malicious. See Dkt 216 pp(71-75) and read the fairytale told by Google Inc in open Court.

In the UN-democratic United States corporations are treated as people but have not been given the rights of individuals as far as I have learned. An individual right may only be asserted by an individual. An individual has rights that can’t be purchased or sold. These rights are impossible to transfer and cease upon death of the individual. The Berne Convention protocol allows an individual’s right to be maintained for fifty years by heirs or others for preservation of the reputation of the recently deceased.

The BACKWARDS United States’ copy[rite] or the created corporate ritual for controlling copying will now develop into both a corporate copy[rite] ritual and exclusively an individual HUMAN RIGHT.

ALL DIGITAL PHOTO FILES OR WEBSITES CAN HAVE "META-DATA” DESCRIBING THE BINARY MACHINE-READABLE DATA INCLUDED RESULTING IN DISPLAY OF ART.

This has been true since before internet wire communications were developed to generally replace telegraph wire communications internationally. See 47 USC §153 ¶(52)

All photo files can be marked as to the binary content resulting in the photograph being displayed by the application whether that be a web browser or offline application. These are similar to the optional alt tags in HTML. Most internet wire communication are illegal already and this will soon be addressed.

The obvious definition is linked above from law.cornell.edu.

SOPA and EVERY other IP bill will soon become entirely insignificant in comparison to enforcing laws already passed and ignored.

FREE SPEECH will finally occur online and “rights” to exclusively control attribution & copies will occur.

Attacking Ben Franklin now? Geeze…

I bet you can find a problem with all the founders too…

How about Thomas Paine? That could get interesting…
