This act needs to be passed immediately. Theres more at stake here than just a few tax credits. It should be regarded as a national security issue that energy consumed in America should also be produced in America. Not only national security but also foreign policy depends on it. We cannot allow our foreign policy to be dictated and censored by our depencency on foreign oil. Harvesting more wind energy is a key part of regaining our independence and restoring American power.
