1/19/2011--Introduced.IRS Fee Reform Act of 2011 - Amends the Treasury, Postal Service and General Government Appropriations Act, 1995, to require fees for services provided by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to be deposited in the general fund of the Treasury and not be expended by the IRS unless provided by an appropriations Act (currently, the Secretary of the Treasury may spend such fees to supplement IRS appropriations).
