I am writing as your constituent in the 5th Congressional district of Arizona. I see that HR 3522 is not moving. However I am compelled to to express that I oppose H.R.3522 - Family Act of 2011.
If a couple can afford infertility treatment then they do not need the tax credit and should pay their income taxes.
