Tyrants prefer unarmed peasants.
This is just another Bill being used to take away citizens rights. Next they will try to write a Bill to make it against the law to do a citizens arrest of any political person in office. I agree with Oreandra’s comment. Quote from Thomas Jefferson:

quit trying to use every tragedy to whittle away our frayed 2nd amendments rights! Had the rep been armed the little thug wouldn’t have had time to wound so many. Cheers to those that pinned him down though. Glad there is still courage to be had in this country.
