Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

Subsection (g) of section 30D of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended to read as follows:CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

‘(g) Termination- This section shall not apply to property placed in service after the date of the enactment of this sentence.’.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
