1/13/2012--Introduced.Haiti Empowerment, Assistance, and Rebuilding Act of 2012 - States that it is U.S. policy, in partnership with the government of Haiti and in coordination with the international community, to support the sustainable recovery and rebuilding of Haiti. Directs the Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to submit to Congress a multi-year strategy to provide assistance in support of Haiti's reconstruction. Authorizes FY2013-FY2014 appropriations for assistance to Haiti under this Act.
