1/31/2012--Introduced.Transit Related Investment Improvement Act of 2012 - Amends the Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA) to make eligible for TIFIA funding any projects to improve or construct public infrastructure located within one-half mile of the station area of a fixed-guideway transit facility, including improvements to mobility and parking, rehabilitation or construction of streets, transit stations, structured parking, or walkways and bikeways.
