    Is this for real? I don’t think this is a major pressing issue? I’m opposing it primarily on the fact that it’s an unbelievably stupid piece of legislation. I know it sounds harsh but this one isn’t even thought out. Show me how many incidents we’ve had regarding this and maybe I’ll reconsider my vote but not right now.

    Has anyone considered how we would enforce this law? Would the next step requre banning all laser pointers?
