2/1/2012--Introduced.Fair Military Leave Act - Directs the Secretary concerned to make a payment to each member of the Armed Forces who was eligible to participate in the Post-Deployment/Mobilization Respite Absence program, but did not participate for one or more days due to government error. Makes such payment:
(1) $200 for each day of non-participation, and
(2) in lieu of any authorized administrative absence for such day(s).
