2/7/2012--Introduced.Reaffirming Constitutional Property Rights Act - Amends the Natural Gas Act to prohibit:(1) a holder of a certificate of public convenience and necessity from exercising the right of eminent domain with respect to a pipeline to be constructed for the purpose of transporting natural gas to a liquid natural gas (LNG) terminal for export to a foreign country from the United States, and
(2) the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) from issuing an order authorizing exportation of natural gas from the United States to a foreign country from a LNG terminal that uses a pipeline for which a certificate holder has exercised the right of eminent domain after January 1, 2012.
