I oppose H.R.4153 - Chesapeake Bay Program Reauthorization and Improvement Act because it does not truly address the issues of non-point source pollution nor the accountability of individual actions. Please do not support such egregious legislation and work or support other efforts that truly have the health of the watershed in mind.
