I am writing as your constituent in the 48th Congressional district of California. I oppose H.R.511 - To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit the importation of various injurious species of constrictor snakes. It isn't something the federal government can regulate. If they attempt this it will open a black market for constrictor snakes, making them even more dangerous, as black market trading always makes everything more dangerous.
Sincerely,
Harrison Scoville -
