Live Video Stream Of Wisconsin Protests Where Hundreds Of Protesters Rush Wisconsin Capitol, Vastly Outnumbering Security
That didn’t take long. Ann Althouse writes: "Meade, who is in the building now, tells me, by phone, that he saw a window on the Wisconsin Avenue side of the building opened and protesters entering through that window. He thought it seemed as if someone in one of the Democratic legislators’ offices had opened a window to let them in, and — once they were in — many doors have been opened all around, and people have streamed into the building. He says he counted 3 “troopers” — I’m not sure what the official job title is for these security people — and that they were absurdly overwhelmed by the crowd." So…Wisconsin is not Cairo?

Initial Claims Jump To 397K On Expectations Of 376K, Prior Revised From 368K To 371K
And so the economic “improvement” data takes another big step back after the rumored improvement in claims reverts, following the traditional negative prior revision to 371K, coming at 397K on expectations of 376K. Non-seasonal claims surge by 52K higher from 354K to 406K. Continuing claims declined from an upward revised 3791K to 3771K, missing expectations of 3750K. And according to a BLS official this time the factor to blame is “school holidays.” It appears there was no snow last week. Disturbingly, those on EUCs and Extended Benefits surged by 200K.

..However, there is another faction that believes oil could rise to $120 to $200 per barrel. Obviously the continuing drama in the oil-producing countries backs this argument. A “Day of Rage” protest is scheduled to take place tomorrow in Saudi Arabia, the largest oil-producing nation in the world…
I believe the Saudi government’s handling of the “Day of Rage” will have major implications for our markets tomorrow. Should the demonstrations conclude peacefully, oil prices may contract and the markets would most likely rally. Should problems break out in Saudi Arabia, the opposite could be true, and that would be negative..

No one wants to hire someone at our age with a newly learned “skill”. I know because I was in charge of hiring for many years. The value of older workers is their experience. Take the fields they are experienced in away and they are not at all desirable to employers that have countless young people with the same newly learned skills.
The “story” is after the “story” in the comments & guess what BLS…we don’t buy your bullshit story. First snowstorms caused numbers to rise & now Presidents Day caused the numbers to rise too? Geez, wonder what the effect of Easter Sunday will be. You boys & girls better stop with the numbers game & get out of your offices, take a look around & stop calling those people that still have jobs to base your surveys on.

Gee…what about all the 99ers that ran out of benefits almost a year ago and still can’t find a job?
And what about all the MANY months they went with no benefits when various tiers expired, not know if another would ever be passed?
Ok, lets go with what you moronic ’pubs say….3 million jobs….20-25 million unemployed/underemployed. Do the math
Your lack of knowledges need no reply.
Republican House leaders have yet to respond to a letter they received yesterday from Democrats Barbara Lee (Calif.) and Bobby Scott (Va.) requesting a meeting to discuss ways to pay for a proposed $16 billion bill that would provide an additional 14 weeks of unemployment benefits to the very long-term unemployed who have exhausted all available benefits, sometimes known as 99ers.
Previously, Republicans have objected to extensions of unemployment benefits because they would increase the budget deficit. Last month, a GOP aide was quoted on the Huffington Post as saying, “If you’re serious about helping Americans on unemployment, you need to show how you’ll pay for the cost with cuts elsewhere.”
Now that Lee and Scott have said they want to discuss ways to pay for the bill, still no Republicans have come forward.

John Boehner and company have been pushing their national socialist agenda under the same guise in claiming they have a mandate from a majority of U.S. voters to take more from the poor to give to the rich. This is a lie and the majority of Americans know it.
If we can achieve the Easter Project we can gain the support and the voices of those non 99ers across this country who are appalled at what is happening to us and the actions John Boehner and company are taking in their names.
This will work if we do it. If we do not all we have to look forward to is another summer of suffering. Now is the time for we the 99ers to take it to the streets. If we want it we must take it.
God bless the Republic, death to the international corporate mafia, we shall prevail.
