oh gee, let me see if I have this right, isn’t all the Republican governors who just came in who are slashing programs to help the unemployed and the poor. Oh Yeah, that’s right it is the REpublican governors who are in a coalition to destroy what remains of the middle class and to send the poor to early graves to say nothing of all the trouble the Republican house is dredging up over entitlements. You would have to be brain dead not to see the handwriting on the wall. TWO PARTY SYSTEM – 2 OPTIONS – NO WAY OUT – OTHER THAN BLOW YOUR BRAINS OUT – A VOTE IS ALL YOU HAVE – OUTSIDE OF TEARING THE COUNTRY APART AND I AM ALL FOR THAT – CARE TO JOIN ME

All efforts should be focused on bringing as many people together as possible for protests that will shame the rest of the word protesting now.

I agree, but right now not enough of these people see what is truly happening in America.

Until everyone sees what is being done to us and to themselves, and who is doing it, then there is no hope for this oppression to ever stop.

I am angry, we are all very angry, and for good reason – and this anger is ultimately what will bring about change. But until this anger and outrage is also shared by the many, and then directed at the real enemy, it will never come to anything.

The only way to fight this is to keep doing exactly what you are already doing: slowly, patiently exposing the lies and making others aware of what is really happening now in America.

So thank you, all of you here, for doing this, day in and day out. It is very much appreciated!

There are a lot of us out there now, but as you say, not enough yet.

    We will never give up.

Stale economic ideas fueling U.S. Troubles

Tsunami, earthquake and nuclear horror in Japan. Revolution throughout the Middle East. Grim austerity in much of Europe. America scarred by 25 million people in need of full-time work, and by pressure on wages and benefits. In Egypt, the unemployment of one in four young people led directly to the uprising. In the United States, unemployment among young people nears that level.

    We live in troubled times.

In America, we learn how corporate corruption and government timidity delayed action on the nuclear plants in Japan, worsening the crisis and putting lives at risk. But aren’t we in this country facing our own tsunami choice? We’re in crisis. Fundamental changes are needed. Yet both parties in Washington seem divorced from the reality that faces us. Both seem to assume there is a recovery,

The Social Security system, in my opinion, is a flawed design, period. But having said that, the design would work a lot better if we had stable demographic trends," Santorum said. "We don’t have enough workers to support the retirees . . . . A third of the young people in America are not in America today because of abortion.

Ummmm….did that post get cut short?

Anyways……So if we had all those other “young people” where are the jobs for them?

How about the people we have now having jobs?

A 5 year old would think that Santorum comment makes no sense.

I ask all viewers here that support this bill to go to Washington Watch and vote for this bill because the percentage supporting it there is steadily shrinking there. We are down to 65% now.

I just read an article that says that the amount of houses sales was the lowest last month in the last 50 years. House prices will start going down again with too much house supply and very little demand. We might even see more houses for sale when investors realize they have made a mistake. Congress should concentrate on Jobs, Jobs and jobs..

Every time you trust this damn site, you get an edited partial post.

    Again…Time for a laugh…or maybe a cry

Insane former Republican Senator & hopeful Presidential contender Rick Santorum stated on a right wing radio show that the ‘abortion culture’ is to blame for Social Security’s woes

Santorum, the former Pennsylvania Republican senator and 2012 presidential hopeful told WEZS Radio “not enough children are being born to support the troubled entitlement system in part because of the rising number of abortions”.

According to Santorum: “The Social Security system, in my opinion, is a flawed design, period. But having said that, the design would work a lot better if we had stable demographic trends,” Santorum said. “We don’t have enough workers to support the retirees . . . . A third of the young people in America are not in America today because of abortion.”

Abortion, not corporate America outsourcing jobs out of this country at warp speed is not to blame? Ricky, I hate to tell ya’ son, but you’re as dumb as the day is long. If anyone is dumb enough to even consider voting for this warped moron, God help America!

Who is Bush? And why do you act like this is your message board and nobody else is allowed to speak up in here unless they hold their arm up, salute you, and agree with everything you say. Someone else in history did that. What was his name again?

GOP threat to shutdown the govt next week. Of course the Democrats must compromise & agree on BILLIONS and BILLIONS of more cuts in order to appease the GOP. No, Obama is not Clinton, and Boehner isn’t Gingrich, but IMHO, a shutdown will have the same consequences for the Republicans in 2012 as it did the last time it happened under Clinton. I hope the Dems stop compromising and finally take a stand. Enough is Enough!!!! http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/vp/42332037#42332472

Overwhelmingly GW Bush was the WORSE President the USA has ever had! For that I will NEVER vote for a Republican because they are the best at talking out of both sides of their mouths and are the primary reason this country is in this RECESSION and the 112th Congress hasn’t introduced ONE Jobs bill because they want this President to fail with ALL stats pointing downward! Memory intact 2012!
