And as I watch the powers at be think they can crush Occupy by shutting down camps that housed a tiny representation of our numbers, while some try to co-opt us at the same time my smirk grows.

We put tens of thousands on the streets of NYC on very short notice.

Now groups of Occupy are popping up out of nowhere at political events like black ops…

And during this long dark winter of discontent Occupy will be lighting up the electronic airwaves as they communicate, grow, and strategize.

The days of those that got super rich by trampling countless others will end. The days of those that made a political career of keeping their nose up the ass of those people will end.

    2012…

Much has been written on 2012.

As I was looking for something to watch today I found a show called “how to start a revolution”. It was VERY interesting. I think many Occupy people will be doing a lot of studying this winter…

I also found Kieth Oberman and Cenk Unger now on that channel.

It is apparently a new channel called “Current TV”.

I also watched a show called Vanguard there. The episode “Two Americas” was really good too. I could write a page on all the things it shows.

Keep an eye out on the OWS Long beach CA protest, those Cops have a bad reputation for abuse.

I’m sure the Anonymous Occupy security unit is having fun out there too…

Don’t worry where, Occupy 2.0 is going to really shake things up in 2012.

Here is a good example of Occupy scaring the establishment big time already.

Did Mayors, DHS Coordinate Occupy Attacks?

..According to this official, in several recent conference calls and briefings, local police agencies were advised to seek a legal reason to evict residents of tent cities, focusing on zoning laws and existing curfew rules. Agencies were also advised to demonstrate a massive show of police force, including large numbers in riot gear. In particular, the FBI reportedly advised on press relations, with one presentation suggesting that any moves to evict protesters be coordinated for a time when the press was the least likely to be present…

…It seems as though OWS has transitioned from the first and second parts of Gandhi’s formula for peaceful revolution, and have now entered the third and last stage: “First they ignore you, then they laugh at you…” have come and gone…

I see many people out there talking about what our choices will be in 2012, and they are not happy about it at all. As of now the MSM tells us that it will be the Grinch or Obama. Yuck!!!

But many others are saying that the election is still a year away, and Occupy will not stay silent for much longer on politics…

The Tea Party had nowhere near the media, or people protesting, after just a few months, and look what happened. Though I supported the real Tea Party in many ways I must say that many in Occupy are far more tech savvy, and politically aware, than those that were so easily co-opted in the Tea Party to vote for exactly what they were fighting against.

As much as some in the media try to say Occupy has no central message I know they are wrong about that.

The #1 message of Occupy is that We The People have to take back our government from the big money that now owns it.

    We will!

And many original Tea Part people joined Occupy!

I watched all last night the protest in the SF area, and it looks like a big success.
this is how I like to determine the popularity of the movement, rather than various trending sites.

    Direct Palpitation

It seems that OC kicks me off if I take more than a min, to type a post =/ Whas that about??

What’s Next for the Occupy Movement?

There is much to celebrate, even as the tents come down. But it’s time for new strategies.

…the Occupiers have already won the more important battles of the times.
In only a few short months these intrepid souls, not willing to be spectators, have fundamentally exposed what many knew already: That America’s crisis was not a natural disaster but the result of three decades of calculated policies that enrich a small percentage of the population while impoverishing the many; that democracy is subverted by the influence of corporate monies that pervert the process both of elections and law-making. In other words, the Occupy movement has taught us an important civics lesson.
