Hi everyone,

What’s going on with the “spam” label here. And whatever is being labeled “spam”—is it any post with links? Or long text from other sites? All sites are able to quote short passages, as long as credit is given.

I noticed a while ago that there were lots of posts in the blog comments for selling stuff, unrelated to the subject at hand. Is someone going overboard with the filter? Try using the Textile formatting thing they have here, see if it makes any difference. Just curious.

The view counter has been on the overview tab for a long time now…

@Wont work for friggin penny less, I hope all of us skilled workers have the same attitude

I know a army that is now chomping at the bit, and working for free. They are even paying out of their own pockets…

I can’t believe after all this time it ended up being just you and I posting here! :P

Wow not much chatter here?? I used to make 30 dollars an hour, Now that I have had to learn to live on nothing, When they are begging for people with my skills Im thinking 230 per hour, Wont work for friggin penny less, I hope all of us skilled workers have the same attitude, They ripped me off for 4 years and it will cost a pretty penny to enjoy my skills again.

Hey I know how to live on nothing now! Why would I work?? 230.00 and hour may work =)

Screw the rich let them do my job!

I love you too funny face :)

Censorship is high on my list of evil things…

Occupy 2.0 is in full gear now after learning much from the initial battles.

I see the biggest hurdle now is what I said here before, to get more people to get out of that stupid left vs right paradigm and realize we are all We The People, and it will take all of us united to take our country back from those that bought it…

Anyways… Those sites I frequent that some call “right wing”, when they really are not at all in reality, but are about learning the truth, and preparing for the storm, have views and memberships going off the charts now.

Once this election really gets going will be REALLY interesting, I predict…

We The People are waking up all over…

“ Meet Our 99ers”

Read those few brief listings of skills…

Now multiply that thousands fold.

And add in all the younger generations… And the ones like Anonymous…

Now add in all the talent the Occupy people have…

Put all that together and you will get a glimpse of what the powers that be are so afraid of… Democrats and Republicans alike.

And watch the news laws they are trying (and have) to slip in the MSM never mentions….

The real story of America’s unemployed

In a new video series, “F**ked: The United States of Unemployment,” Salon humanizes our epidemic of joblessness

Before “We are the 99 percent” emerged as a rally cry from Zuccotti Park to the Port of Oakland, another group identified with this number — but for a very different reason. A handful of New Yorkers whose 99 weeks of unemployment benefits had expired were frustrated that political leaders seemed resigned to a future of austerity instead of figuring out how to put Americans back to work. These “99ers” realized that if they wanted to change things, they would need to get organized and fight back.
In “F**ked: The United States of Unemployment” — a new Salon series that will chronicle this important yet largely untold story — Academy Award-nominated director Immy Humes traces the birth and evolution of the 99ers movement.

Mother Jones is a democrat publication supposedly?

When the US Government Can Kill You, Explained

On Monday, the Obama administration explained when it’s allowed to kill you.

Speaking to students and faculty at Northwestern University law school, Attorney General Eric Holder laid out in greater detail than ever before the legal theory behind the administration’s belief that it can kill American citizens suspected of terrorism without charge or trial. In the 5,000-word speech, the nation’s top law enforcement official directly confronted critics who allege that the targeted killing of American citizens violates the Constitution.

These deaths and those to come, Holder insisted Monday, do not represent a violation of America’s founding principles. “This is an indicator of our times,” Holder said, “not a departure from our laws and our values.”

How long before Occupy are deemed “terrorists”? The unemployed?

WasMiddleClass 03/05/2012 10:20pm

Yeah…SAD.

Partisan, not open…

As Occupy New Haven, CT, one of the LAST FEW in the country is fighting for its life!

Thank God it is almost OUR spring!

No wonder so many that supported Dems are turning their backs now…

fighton 03/05/2012 10:03pm

sad sad sad! occupy g8 is filtered on this “open” site! we supported so much here before! just like the rnc & dnc conventions where so many protesters were beaten and arrested including alternative media and censored in so many places.

Thousands occupy capitol in budget protest

Sacramento — Students in the thousands shut down traffic today in downtown Sacramento as they marched in protest to the Capitol building.

Sacramento police estimated that about 8,000 people attended to demonstrate. Among them were students from the SMCCD.

There are 24,600 links to “Occupy” articles on Google news in the past 24 hours!

Why is not on the main stream media anymore???!!!

In one word, BLACKOUT by…?

Oh…OK…

I can post links to places…

But that huge crowd is boiling mad, and has electronically armed support…

How the times have changed in these past few years…

The unemployed are little more than zombies to DC now…

At least you don’t have to worry about survival anymore…in some ways. That is one area where I wish I was a little older.

To be effective, however, the process of “manufacturing dissent” must be carefully regulated and monitored by those who are the object of the protest movement.

http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=21110

Just look what happened with Occupy. First it was supported, then it got out of their control and was shut down.

I read what is going on in Syria now. Do you really think it would be different here if Occupy refused to go home?

It aint over here!

Repubs or Dems… MOST all work for the same people, and it is NOT We The People!
