6/21/2012--Introduced.Vocational Employment and Technical Skills Act - Directs the Secretary of Veterans Affairs (VA) to require a state applicant for a grant or contract for certain veterans' employment and training programs to demonstrate that when that state approves or denies any required professional certification or license (including a driver's license), it takes into consideration any training received by the veteran while serving on active duty in the Armed Forces.
