This is nothing but government wasting $40 Million dollars on something that we don’t need and the Federal Government poking their nose where it does not belong. How this Republican Congress can hold its head up and say that they care about waste and spending is beyond me. If fact how Lamar Smith® even is letting this see the light of day is nothing but pure politics. Hey Boehner and Lamar Smith, you are dealing with some of the biggest Bullys and Racist in Congress; Sheila Jackson Lee, Charles Rangle and Eddie Bernice Johnston. Shame ON YOU For even thinking about spending this money on something as meaningless as this.
If a child is misbehaving you send them home and make the parents come in to speak to them about his problem. You don’t need a damn $40Million program.
Nothing really ever changes with you people, does it?
