1/5/2011--Introduced.Controlling Our Air-travel Costs at Home Act of 2011 or the Coach Act of 2011 - Limits reimbursement of the air travel costs of federal employees to the actual and necessary expenses of such travel within the United States if such travel is coach-class. Allows an exception for travel necessary to accommodate a disability or other special need. Disapproves of and nullifies existing domestic air travel rules submitted by the General Services Administration (GSA). Directs the Administrator of GSA to issue revised regulations in accordance with the requirements of this Act.
