1/5/2011--Introduced.Controlling Our Air-travel Costs at Home Act of 2011 or the Coach Act of 2011 - Limits reimbursement of the air travel costs of federal employees to the actual and necessary expenses of such travel within the United States if such travel is coach-class. Allows an exception for travel necessary to accommodate a disability or other special need. Disapproves of and nullifies existing domestic air travel rules submitted by the General Services Administration (GSA).
