Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

This Act may be cited as the ‘United States Fire Administration Reauthorization Act of 2012’.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

Section 5(c) of the Federal Fire Prevention and Control Act of 1974 (

‘(c) Deputy Administrator- The Administrator may appoint a Deputy Administrator, who shall--CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
‘(1) perform such functions as the Administrator shall from time to time assign or delegate; andCommentsClose CommentsPermalink
‘(2) act as Administrator during the absence or disability of the Administrator or in the event of a vacancy in the office of Administrator.’.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
Section 6 of the Federal Fire Prevention and Control Act of 1974 (

Section 17(g)(1) of the Federal Fire Prevention and Control Act of 1974 (

(1) in subparagraph (G), by striking ‘and’ at the end;CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
