Official Summary

8/2/2012--Introduced.Vietnam Veterans Donor Acknowledgment Act of 2012 - Instructs the Secretary of the Interior to acknowledge a donor contribution to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Visitor Center inside such Center in the form of a permanent statement or credit line that expresses appreciation for such contribution, if:
(1) the donor or the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, Inc. provides the Secretary with an acceptable plan describing the statement or credit line and the funding to create it; and
(2) the Secretary, in consultation with the National Capital Planning Commission and Commission of Fine Arts, determines the statement or credit line to be short, discrete, unobtrusive, and without an advertising slogan or company logo.
