Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

SECTION 1. REPEAL OF THE PROGRAM OF BLOCK GRANTS TO STATES FOR SOCIAL SERVICES.
(a) Repeals- Sections 2001 through 2007 of the Social Security Act (

(b) Conforming Amendments-CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

(1) Section 404(d) of the Social Security Act (

(A) in paragraph (1), by striking ‘any or all of the following provisions of law:’ and all that follows through ‘The’ and inserting ‘the’;CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

(i) by striking ‘RULES’ and all that follows through ‘any amount’ and inserting ‘RULES- Any amount’;CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
