9/21/2012--Introduced.No Taxpayer-Funded Lobbying Act - Prohibits the use of appropriated funds for publicity or propaganda purposes, for the preparation, distribution, or use of any kit, pamphlet, booklet, publication, electronic communication, radio, television, or video presentation that is designed to support or defeat the enactment of federal, state, or local legislation or the promulgation of proposed or pending regulations, administrative actions, or orders issued by the executive branch of any state or local government. Imposes the same prohibition on the use of appropriated funds for payment of salaries or expenses of federal grant or contract recipients who are attempting to influence legislation and regulatory actions.
