2/15/2011--Introduced.Visitors Interested in Strengthening America (VISA) Act of 2011 - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to authorize a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) official to waive certain entry documentary requirements for a nonimmigrant child (unmarried and under the age of 16) who is a citizen or national of Mexico and accompanying parent or adult chaperone in instances of medical visits, student groups, or special community events. Sets forth additional requirements for such entries.
